[ Terms of Service ]

[ General Terms ]

x You can send full payment upfront if you prefer, but half payment MUST be received before any work will begin. You must send the other half once the piece is complete.
x You must provide a clear reference or an extremely detailed explanation of what you are commissioning me. You must be okay with specifying details and answering questions I have in order to perfect your piece.
x I will do as many revisions to the sketch for free, but extreme revisions of a finished / near finished piece will cost extra.
x Commission time may take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks depending on how complex your request is.
x I have the right to reject a commission or cancel a commission at any time. If a commission is cancelled by the artist (me), I will refund the full amount paid by the client.

[ Payment ]

x All commissions are in USD.
x I will accept payments through Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, and Facebook Pay.
x As stated in General Terms, you must provide at least half payment before I will begin any work.
x Refunds for finished pieces will not be accepted.
x If the commission has not already been started, refunds will be accepted. Partial refunds for half finished pieces may be acceptable.

[ Other ]

x You may use your commission for whatever way you see fit, as long as you do not attempt to profit from it.
x Do not trace, steal, or sell my art.
x Do not claim my art as your own.
x I would appreciate it if you credited my artwork.
